When ordering, an agreement is reached when Mr. Steinsson AB, hereinafter referred to as "Steinssons", has confirmed the order. This is done through an order confirmation via email, which is sent automatically. If you have not received an order confirmation within 4 hours, please contact us by email.
Persons under 18 years of age are not entitled to order products from "Steinssons" without the consent of a legal guardian.
Price (Sweden and EU)
All prices include 25% VAT
Except literature, which includes 6% VAT
Outside the EU (e.g. Norway, Canada, etc.), Steinssons does not charge any VAT.
NOTE! However, customs and VAT may apply in the recipient country!
Shipping cost (including handling fee)
- Within Sweden from 49.00 SEK
- Norway and EU from 59.00 SEK
- Outside the EU from 69.00 SEK
It is the customer's responsibility to choose another delivery method if desired.
NOTE! Steinssons does not replace goods that have been lost, unless a traceable shipping method has been chosen!
Delivery is made through PostNord.
Normal delivery time
- Within Sweden: 1-2 business days
- Within the EU: 3-5 business days
- Outside the EU: 5-7 business days

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information such as name, address and telephone number.
In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill our obligations to you. We will not under any circumstances disclose your personal information to third parties.
Payment

In the case of damaged or faulty goods, or if we have sent the wrong goods, complaints must be made within a reasonable time from when the consumer discovered the fault or should have discovered it. Complaints made within 60 days are considered to have been made within a reasonable time according to the law. You will receive a new product or your money back. Money for the product including shipping will be refunded within one week after the product has been returned to Steinssons.
Transport damage
If the goods have been damaged during transport, you must report this immediately when you pick up the shipment. If you do not discover this until you get home, notify us immediately by email. If a product is damaged or lost when you send it back to us, you are responsible as a customer.
